Common questions
- How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose Overgrow. You can change or cancel there anytime.
- Why can't I unlock an app?
- Overgrow keeps the limits you set. If you have used all of today's unlocks, or it is before your earliest unlock hour, the lock holds until your rules allow it. Stricter changes apply right away. Looser ones take effect the next day.
- How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
- Open Overgrow, go to the paywall or the Tend tab, and tap Restore Purchases.
